We’re looking for Licensed P&C Insurance Agents to come on board to this exciting time in our agency’s expansion. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just getting into the industry, we’ll give you the tools you need to sharpen your skills to help you produce. Our average agent can sell $1 million in premiums per year!

We offer an hourly rate plus substantial commission opportunities. Our targeted average agent compensation is $65K in the first year. Top performers will beat that substantially.

Requirements

  • Valid, current Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License – REQUIRED
  • Experience selling P&C products
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with co-workers from all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
  • Must be able to work on-site at our company located in NW Houston (Near Hollister and 290)

  • Base rate plus uncapped commission structure - Our targeted average comp is $65k first full year, top agents will exceed substantially.

We are currently hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative, who will provide account service and administrative support to our insurance team. The CSR will help facilitate the retention of clients and exceed customer service expectations. You will handle a wide range of duties including administrative functions and essential customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty through one-call resolutions.
  • Administer and process all administrative functions required for customer policies from the point of sale through to the point of an issued and enforce policy. This includes but is not limited to completing paperwork, contacting mortgage companies, following up on customer payments, cancellations, applications and endorsements, policy change requests and answering phone calls.
  • Utilize Windows-based applications to maintain customer records and process policy requirements.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful and be coachable.
  • Professional, reliable and honest work ethic
  • Flexibility in work schedule as some overtime may be required
  • Proficient in computer skills such as typing and basic applications such as windows and Microsoft applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
